GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE – JUVILES HAM SHOP

The main terms and conditions that will govern the commercial relationship between the clients of the Jamones de Juviles Online Store www.jamonesdejuviles.com. Jamones de Juviles can manage the acquisition, billing, delivery, claim and after-sales service process.

When the Store receives complaints or claims from the Client, by any of the measurements made available to it at all times, it will process them in the shortest possible time and never more than 14 days from their receipt.

2. ACCESS AND USE OF THE STORE

3. INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

3.1. The Products that can be purchased in the Store with their essential characteristics and price, appear at all times published in the Store.

3.3. All orders and purchases in the Store are conditioned to the effective availability at the time of purchase

4. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

4.1. The price of each product will always be shown in euros and it will include, where appropriate, all corresponding taxes. 5. PURCHASE PROCESS

6. METHOD OF PAYMENT

6.1. The Client must follow the instructions offered in the Store. Payment of the Products and shipping costs can only be made by credit or debit cards or other forms of payment that are available at any time in the Store.

In any case, the use of any available means of payment will be subject to checks and authorizations by the entities responsible for them, so if the corresponding entity does not authorize payment, the purchase process will end and the order will be automatically canceled

When the payment is authorized, the charge for the price of the Products, their taxes, and the shipping costs will be made at the time of placing the order.

6.2. In order to proceed to payment by electronic means, The Store uses an electronic commerce payment gateway. 7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

7.2. Home delivery address: In the case of Normal and Express Shipping, the Products purchased in the Store will be sent to the postal address indicated by the Customer. 7.5. In the case of home delivery, if the delivery of the Product to the address indicated is rejected or not possible on a first attempt, a second attempt will be made on the same day or on subsequent days. If delivery is not possible in this second attempt, the Product will be returned to the Store. Transportation and return costs will be borne by the Client and the price of the Products that could not be delivered using the same means of payment that the Client used for the initial purchase will be reimbursed.

7.6. The Proof of Purchase will be sent together with the Product or Products, whenever the user requests it.

7.7. In the case that for any reason the Store does not comply with its delivery obligation within the established deadlines, or within a period specifically agreed upon with the Store, the Client shall summon the latter to make the delivery within an appropriate additional period. to the circumstances of the case. NOTE: The days to which the delivery times refer always count as working days, not counting weekends or holidays. Orders verified after 1:00 p.m. will count as recorded the next day, as they cannot be prepared on the same day

8. WITHDRAWAL

Customers who purchase Products through the Store may withdraw the purchase without having to justify their decision by withdrawing from the contract.

The maximum period of time that the Client has to send his communication is 14 calendar days from the date he has received the Products

The Customer must return the Products purchased in perfect condition (neither damaged, nor dirty, nor open), properly protected and in their original packaging. Before returning the Product, the Customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it is not damaged during transport.

Once the returned Products are received by the Store and after checking their good condition, the amount corresponding to the units returned will be reimbursed using the same means of payment that the Client used for the initial purchase. The return costs that may be charged to the Client will amount to the equivalent of the corresponding ordinary mail transport fee. However, depending on the nature of each Product this may be different

The Store reserves the right to pass on the expenses generated if the Product is not in perfect condition.

In the return of the product, if it is not in perfect condition, it will be subject to a review process by our experts which will determine the status of the product received. After the review, it will be determined if the product is defective and in that case we will proceed to change it for another product of the same category or to its full refund without including the transport costs depending on what the customer wants. 9. PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEES

For the application of the quality guarantee, and without prejudice to the faculty of the Store to check the defects, their origin and the time of their appearance, the Client must request the collection of the defective Product within a maximum period of one month from the Receipt of the Product or immediately after finding the defect.

In the case of hams and shoulders, in no case will claims be accepted on pieces that do not retain 75% of their original weight.

10. GENERAL CIRCUNSTANCIES

In the case that any provision of these Conditions is declared null or inapplicable, by any Court  or competent administrative, said nullity or inapplication will not affect the remaining provisions. In that case, the clause or clauses affected will be replaced by one or more others that have the effects most similar to those of the substituted ones.

11. APPLICABLE CALENDAR

All deadlines and mentions of working or working days In the Store will be understood as referring to the National Labor Calendar of Spain.
